Rules

• Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 9:45 PM

• No diving

• Please shower before entering the pool

• The pool is 2 meters deep; please supervise your children

• No music or speakers after 9:00 PM

• Do not touch or move any of the site’s decorations, such as stones, figures, paintings, and ornaments. In case of damage, you will be charged the full cost of the item.

Helpful Tips

• Visiting the archaeological site:

• We recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes (sneakers)

• Bring a cap or hat

• Bring water

• Sunscreen and insect repellent

• If you wish to rent bicycles, they are only available within the archaeological site, and payment must be made in cash.

• Credit and debit cards are accepted at the entrance.

Cenote Tour:

• Keep your belongings safe

• Bring a towel

• Wear appropriate footwear for the water

• Cash only

• Descend into the cenote with caution

Jungle Visit

• We do not recommend venturing into the jungle without a local guide; there are dangerous animals, plants, and insects

Within the complex (common areas)

• At different times of the year, you may encounter toads, frogs, beetles, scorpions, butterflies, birds, tarantulas, and/or turtles. Please do not touch them; let us know so we can relocate them
